Max LTV's - For owner-users. We can offer 100% financing for a business, in business for 2 years or more, up to $2,000,000. All other loans for owner-users are max-ed to 90% LTV financing. Max refinance for owner-users is 75/80% LTV.
Max LTV's- for Investor Purchase/Refinances. We can offer up to 75/80% LTV financing for investor purchase and refinance loans.
Multi-family properties- Buyer MUST have 20/25% down-payment- MAX LTV is 75/80% with or without a seller carry back second, no exceptions.
